About the Role

We are seeking a PA/Administrator, ideally with construction industry experience, to come a join our small and friendly team.

Requirements

Role includes:

  • Appointment and diary management for Managing Director

  • Management of Managing Director's emails and post

  • Adhoc duties for MD, including running errands and ordering items

  • Assisting with general admin duties

  • Assisting current book keeper with duties

The role has the potential to develop over time, with duties varying as required.

Skills:

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft products
