We are seeking a PA/Administrator, ideally with construction industry experience, to come a join our small and friendly team.
Requirements
Role includes:
Appointment and diary management for Managing Director
Management of Managing Director's emails and post
Adhoc duties for MD, including running errands and ordering items
Assisting with general admin duties
Assisting current book keeper with duties
The role has the potential to develop over time, with duties varying as required.
Skills:
Good written and spoken English
Minimum 2-3 years experience
Strong organisational skills
Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft products
